1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the yyrr platform. This minimum age applies without exception. yyrr strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. yyrr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The yyrr platform is designed for and primarily serves players in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. yyrr does not make any representation that the services are legal in your jurisdiction. If online gaming is restricted or prohibited in your place of residence, you must not register or use yyrr services.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the yyrr platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by any individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yyrr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

2.4 Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not in connection with any commercial enterprise or syndicate operation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access yyrr's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. yyrr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify yyrr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. yyrr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, and to withhold any funds pending investigation where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

3.4 Account Security

yyrr employs SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect Member accounts. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure when accessing the platform. yyrr is not liable for losses arising from malware, phishing, or social engineering attacks targeting your access credentials.

4KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing a Member's first withdrawal request — and at any other time yyrr deems appropriate for security or compliance purposes — yyrr requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

4.2 Documents Required

The standard KYC documentation required by yyrr includes, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identity document: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card) or equivalent document showing full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment method verification: Evidence linking the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits to your registered identity (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking profile page showing your name and account number).

4.3 Processing Time

yyrr aims to process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Members will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required. During the verification period, deposits and gameplay remain available; only withdrawals are held pending successful verification.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation

yyrr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence documentation for high-volume accounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yyrr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to a Member's wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within the platform and are subject to change at yyrr's discretion with reasonable notice. yyrr does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the yyrr account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. For verified accounts, yyrr targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for amounts within standard limits during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Larger withdrawal amounts or requests submitted outside these hours may require additional processing time.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• yyrr reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals requested via a different channel than the deposit method may require additional verification at yyrr's discretion.

5.5 Currency

All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on the yyrr platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. No currency conversion is applied. Members are responsible for any bank fees applied by their own financial institution in connection with transfers to or from yyrr.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

yyrr offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting events like the Piala AFF or FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Each promotion is governed by specific terms displayed at the point of offer, which supplement and in the event of conflict take precedence over these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

yyrr employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated bonus accumulation across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, yyrr reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold derived winnings, and close the associated account permanently.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without express permission constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

yyrr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress, except where fraud or abuse is identified.

7Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles available on yyrr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology with independently verified Return to Player (RTP) figures. yyrr does not manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting odds are published transparently and are not adjusted after a bet has been accepted and confirmed.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1 matches, international football leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and other markets — are governed by yyrr's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the platform. In particular, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to specific rules regarding void legs, postponed matches, and minimum selection requirements.

7.3 Lottery Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets offered on yyrr follow the official draw results published by the respective lottery pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, Sydney lottery authorities, etc.). yyrr is not responsible for delays, amendments, or cancellations made by the source draw operators. Draw result disputes must be submitted to yyrr support within 24 hours of the relevant draw time.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance at yyrr's discretion. yyrr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, information irregularities, technical error in odds publication, or where a bet conflicts with these Terms. Bets confirmed by the platform are binding on both the Member and yyrr subject to these Terms.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per product type. These limits are displayed within the platform at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at yyrr's discretion. High-volume players may be subject to individual account-level stake limits notified separately.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yyrr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, or AI-assisted betting systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, or KYC verification processes.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward yyrr staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the yyrr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of yyrr or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). No part of the platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of yyrr.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any platform content or software.

10Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

yyrr targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. yyrr is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, including any bets that could not be placed or managed during an outage period.

10.2 Limitation on Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yyrr's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. yyrr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

10.3 Third-Party Services

yyrr is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment processors, banking partners (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet providers), or game content suppliers. Delays or errors caused by third-party payment infrastructure are outside yyrr's direct control.

10.4 Member Responsibility

Members use the platform at their own risk. yyrr's services are provided on an "as is" basis. Gambling involves financial risk, and yyrr strongly encourages all Members to engage with the platform within their personal financial means and in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines set out in Clause 12.

11Privacy

yyrr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://yyrr.best/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. yyrr does not sell or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the Member's account and for such further period as may be required by applicable legal, regulatory, or audit obligations. Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting yyrr at [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12Responsible Gaming

yyrr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and is for adults aged 21 and above only. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. yyrr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Members can configure session duration alerts to monitor and manage their time on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting yyrr support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Members of their session duration and net result during the session.

13Termination

13.1 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting yyrr support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by yyrr

yyrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; the Member fails to complete KYC verification; or the Member's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to yyrr. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, the Member's licence to access the platform ceases immediately. All pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled according to their applicable rules. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) shall continue in full force and effect.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yyrr is incorporated and licensed. Members acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and agree that they are solely responsible for complying with local laws applicable to their use of the platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and yyrr that cannot be resolved through yyrr's internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. yyrr's internal complaints process can be initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint.

15Amendments

yyrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the yyrr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.1.
